Free Agent or Team Code Registration (common)

New Account Prerequisites

In our online registration system, only the participating member(s) of the family have an account.  Parents do not need an account unless they are participating as a Coach, Volunteer or Referee. All participating family member accounts (young and old), are linked together so that they can register, share calendars, and pay for registration at the same time.

Do not create a new account, if you have participated in previous seasons.

Each registrant will continue to use the same account every season hereafter. The account profile holds participation history and the linked family members so it is important to not create multiple accounts. If you should lose your username or password, please do not create another account. Simply request your username and password from the “Forgot username/password” link provided on the login page.

Note: If you get a “User Already Exists” error when attempting to create an account, this is a good indication that your already have an account in our system.  Please use the instructions for Logging into an Existing Account here.

Getting Started  NEW ACCOUNT Creation:

If this is your first time registering for a league(s), then you will need to create an account before proceeding with registration.  Click the “Create New Account” button on the right side of the login page.  When you create a new account, will automatically be taken to the Registration Section below.

Registration / PROFILE PAGE


The first page of registration is the “Profile,”page which allows you to update any of your account information or add additional family participants with the “Add New Family Member” button.

If you have multiple participants in a family linked correctly, you will now see them displayed side by side as above.  Note:  Each participant should have their own account.  Adults only need an account if they are participating as coach, official, or volunteer.

Click the “Next” button, at the bottom of the page, when you are ready to move on to the next step of registration.

Registration / OPTIONS PAGE

STEP 1 – Choose Sport & Season:

Select a SPORT – from the drop-down list:

(example below, the sport “Baseball”)

STEP 2 – Choose Role & League:

(Example above shows the selection of the Role of “Player” in “6th Grade Girls” League, the registration charge for the example league is $80, and entering a Team Code)
  1. Select your ROLE(s):
    1. PLAYER, COACH, REFEREE, VOLUNTEER, PARENT COACH, etc… - choose from the available participant role(s) that you are eligible for that are currently open for registration.
    2. NONE –  Select “NONE” here in step 2, if you do not want to register this participant or change their current registration.  If you make changes to a person with an existing registration, you will be subject to the fees associated with the current registration period.
  2. Select the LEAGUE from the list of the leagues you are eligible for that are open for registration at this time.
  3. Select registration type:
    1. Free Agent - (common) be placed in a pool inside the league and be placed on a team by the league administrator though a draft or individual selection.
    2. Team Code - (if offered) this option is used by some organizations, to allow players sign up directly to a specific team with a code provided by the coach who created the team. This is not the same as a request to be on a specific team which is made in the next step: “STEP 3 – Questions” below.

Register other family members

Register family members shown in Registration Options.

Repeat STEPS 1 – 3, for each family member that wants to participant and enroll at this time.

To skip registering for one  or more family members.

To skip registering a family member, select “NONE” in STEP 2, for each person that does  not wish to register at this time.  If a participant has previously registered it is important to select “NONE” here if you do not want to change the registration.

IMPORTANT:

Participants that have already registered will have their registration changed unless you select “None” for them if you walk through registration again.  This could be bad if the organization is already in a later phase of registration, like late (where they charge more) or wait list (where they are not actually placed on a team until selected to do so).

PROCEED THROUGH REGISTRATION

Click “Next” button, to proceed through the rest of the pages of registration after filling out the required information, all the way through Payment and finally Confirmation.

Confirmation

This page will display your charges and registrations. A copy will also be emailed to the primary and secondary email addresses listed in your account.

This will complete your registration. Use the username and password to access your account anytime by going to the organizations login screen and login into your account as a returning user.
