Jevin Software Privacy Statement Jevin Software has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our commitment to our customer's privacy as well as our customer's patrons privacy. Privacy on the Jevin Software web site is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement. Personal Information Our services require people to give us contact information, such as their name, address, phone number and email address as well as financial information such as credit card numbers and expiration dates. Your organization may also require other information in addition to optional information. Users of this service can opt not to submit such optional information by not answering the optional questions. Jevin Software uses the information that we collect to set up services for individuals and their organizations. All financial and billing information that we collect through the web site is used solely to bill for services. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Jevin Software share any user information with these parties Customers of our service will be using the web site to host data and information. Jevin Software will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the Jevin Software Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. Jevin Software uses a temporary cookie to help save and retrieve user registration information of customers accessing the web site. To update a User Profile, log on to Jevin Software and select Edit Profile to add or update information. To update an organization's data, please email support@jevin.net or call 214-280-8599.
